you can listen to a series of arabic speakers who are questioned by the Professor at Duke
these are all easygoing talks and i have found that if you listen on a regular basis you WILL be able to understand the whole conversation
you might try and translate what they say and see how much you can follow keep notes and with each passing attempt you find yourself understanding more and more
you can also use the questions and fill in your own blanks about yourself and family
